Antistatic vacuums for combustible dust in areas that aren’t ATEX-classified — fully grounded construction with M-class, H-class and HEPA H14 filtration.
ACD machines are for combustible dust in workplaces where a DSEAR assessment hasn’t classified the area as an ATEX zone, but the dust still carries an ignition risk. They’re built antistatic and fully bonded — every conductive part grounded so static can’t build into a spark — with M-class, H-class and absolute HEPA H14 filtration in an AISI 304 stainless container.

An ACD vacuum is for combustible dust in an area that hasn’t been classified as an ATEX zone — it’s antistatic and fully grounded to control ignition risk, but it isn’t zone-certified. An ATEX vacuum is certified for a specific hazardous zone (20/22). Your DSEAR risk assessment determines which you need.
M-class and H-class filtration with an absolute HEPA H14 final stage (99.995% efficiency at 0.18 microns), collected in an AISI 304 stainless container — so fine and hazardous dust is captured rather than recirculated.
