The TX ACD is Depureco's ACD-classified industrial vacuum for the safe extraction of combustible dust in ordinary, non-ATEX classified areas. A powerful side channel blower drives strong, continuous suction, while complete grounding and a class M filter in antistatic polyester keep the machine antistatic through the airflow path. A 100-litre steel container holds collected dust securely and gives the unit a low, stable centre of gravity in demanding industrial use.
Filtration uses a star-shaped primary cartridge in class M with manual cleaning, so operators can shake accumulated dust off the filter and restore suction without consumables. A built-in vacuum gauge shows performance at a glance, and a vacuum-limiting safety valve protects the turbine against over-vacuum. The compact body stays manoeuvrable on the factory floor and is quick to service between shifts.
The TX ACD is supplied in a range of side channel blower configurations — 3 kW, 4 kW, 5.5 kW and 7.5 kW — so the machine can be matched to the dust load and duty cycle of your process rather than over- or under-specified. Antistatic accessories are available as optional extras to keep the whole toolset grounded. CE marked and mains-powered, it is backed by Depureco UK as the manufacturer across its full working life.
The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve to ensure continuous, maintenance-free work. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.
The material is diverted by a deflector protecting the main filter. Filtration is ensured by a class M polyester star filter (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with the dirty filter.

The material is collected inside a coated bin complete with a handle that allows it to be released. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the container can be moved with ease, and the collected material can then be disposed of.
