The BL PRO ACD is the most compact model in the Depureco ACD range — industrial vacuums engineered to suction combustible dust in ordinary areas that fall outside ATEX classification. It brings the same combustible-dust safety discipline as larger machines to workshops and process lines where floor space is tight, without asking you to compromise on suction or filtration.
At its core is a brushless motor rated for over 20,000 hours of continuous operation. With no brushes to wear or replace, it holds performance across long shifts and years of daily use, so the total cost of ownership stays low long after a conventional motor would need attention. A 1.1 kW draw keeps running costs modest for a machine built to run continuously.
Combustible dust is handled the way it should be: complete grounding dissipates static charge, an antistatic polyester filter media resists build-up, and a high-efficiency class M Stellare filter captures fine particulate. Collected dust drops into a 45-litre stainless steel container, and an on-board vacuum gauge lets operators read filter condition and suction at a glance. Optional filter bags make emptying cleaner and more contained.
The vacuum unit is a powerful Brushless motor, suitable for continuous work. Two filters are installed on the vacuum cleaner head: one to protect the motor and the other placed on the air outlet. The air that comes out is totally filtered
The material is diverted by a deflector protecting the main filter. Filtration is ensured by a class M polyester filter (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with the dirty filter.
