The M65/100 ACD is Depureco's single-phase industrial vacuum for one of the most demanding jobs on any site: collecting fine, combustible dust. It is ACD-classified — designed to suction combustible powders safely in ordinary, non-ATEX-classified areas — with complete grounding of the unit and antistatic filter media that together stop static from becoming an ignition risk.
Three single-phase by-pass motors, delivering 3.9 kW of installed power, run on independent switches so operators can raise or lower suction to suit the task. A class M star-type primary filter holds back the finest powders while a manual cleaning system keeps airflow steady as the filter loads, and an on-board vacuum gauge lets operators monitor performance at a glance. Collected material drops into a steel container, offered in 65- or 100-litre capacities.
Because no two dust problems are identical, the M65/100 ACD is sold in more than one configuration. Antistatic accessories and remote start via the connected power tool are available as options, and a version with a container for inerting conductive IIIC dusts extends the machine to the most reactive metal powders. Engineered and built by Depureco in Italy, where the company has manufactured industrial vacuums since 1972, it is made to work hard for years and to keep the total cost of ownership low.

The material is diverted by a deflector protecting the main filter. Filtration is ensured by a class M polyester star filter (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with the dirty filter.

The material is collected inside a coated container complete with a handle that allows its release. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the container can be moved with ease, and the collected material can then be disposed of.
