The ECOBULL ACD is an ACD-classified industrial vacuum built to recover combustible dust in areas that are not themselves ATEX-classified. A robust side channel blower drives continuous 24/7 suction, class M filtration captures fine hazardous dust, and complete grounding of the unit safely discharges static across the whole machine — the discipline combustible-dust housekeeping demands.
Supplied in several configurations to match your duty and supply, the ECOBULL ACD is offered with a 1.8 kW, 3 kW or 4 kW side channel motor and a 65 or 100-litre steel container for maximum safety during prolonged use. A star-type primary filter in antistatic polyester media, a manual filter-cleaning system and a vacuum gauge for performance monitoring keep suction consistent shift after shift.
Italian-engineered by Depureco, the manufacturer, the ECOBULL ACD is compact, easy to maintain and designed for the long service life that lowers total cost of ownership on continuous-duty applications. Antistatic accessories are available as optional extras, and a version fitted with a container for neutralising conductive (IIIC) dusts can be specified where the material calls for it.
The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve to ensure continuous, maintenance-free operation. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.
The material is diverted by a deflector protecting the main filter. Filtration is ensured by a class M polyester star filter (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with the dirty filter.

The material is collected inside a coated container complete with a handle that allows its release. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the container can be moved with ease, and the collected material can then be disposed of.
