The BL 45 ACD is Depureco's ACD-classified industrial vacuum for the safe extraction of combustible dust in non-ATEX classified areas. Complete grounding and a high-efficiency class M filter in antistatic polyester keep the machine antistatic through the airflow path, while a 45-litre stainless steel container holds collected dust securely during use.
At its heart is a 1.1 kW brushless motor rated for prolonged duty and a running life of over 20,000 hours, so the machine keeps working shift after shift with fewer wearing parts to replace. A built-in vacuum gauge lets operators monitor suction at a glance, and the compact, easy-to-maintain body keeps servicing quick.

The vacuum unit is a powerful Brushless motor, suitable for continuous work. Two filters are installed on the vacuum cleaner head: one to protect the motor and the other placed on the air outlet. The air that comes out is totally filtered
The material is diverted by a deflector protecting the main filter. Filtration is ensured by a class M polyester star filter (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with the dirty filter.
