The M PRO ACD is the most compact model in Depureco's ACD range: an Italian-engineered industrial vacuum built to collect combustible dust in areas that are not ATEX classified. Its small footprint lets it move easily between workstations, so combustible residues are captured at source rather than left to settle across the floor.
Two bypass motors drive the suction, while a high-efficiency class M Stellare filter in antistatic polyester media captures fine particulate. Complete grounding and an included antistatic accessory kit dissipate static charge throughout the machine, and a 45-litre stainless steel container holds collected dust in a durable, wipe-clean vessel. An integrated vacuum gauge lets operators monitor performance at a glance.
CE certified and rated at 2.6 kW, the M PRO ACD is designed to be compact and easy to maintain, with optional filter bags for cleaner emptying. It suits operations that need dependable combustible-dust collection without the cost or complexity of full ATEX zone certification.
Suction is provided by 2 by-pass motors controlled by independent switches, allowing the operator to control suction performance. The motors are located inside a robust enclosure, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level.
The material is diverted by a deflector protecting the main filter. Filtration is ensured by a class M polyester filter (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with the dirty filter.
