The ECOBULL H ACD INERT is an ACD-classified industrial vacuum built to extract combustible dust safely in non-ATEX classified areas. At its core is a stainless steel container holding an inerting liquid bath: dust drawn into the machine passes straight into the bath, where it is wetted and neutralised rather than left to collect as a dry, reactive mass. It is a purpose-built answer to reactive and combustible powders that ordinary industrial vacuums are not equipped to handle.

Safe extraction is engineered in at every stage. A powerful side channel blower generates the suction, complete grounding dissipates static charge across the machine, and a spark-trap secondary filter guards the airflow. Filtration runs through an M-class antistatic polyester cartridge, and two hydrogen-vent safety valves are fitted as standard. A vacuum gauge lets the operator monitor performance at a glance, so any drop in suction is caught early.

Italian-engineered, the ECOBULL H ACD INERT is available with a 1.8 kW or 3 kW side channel blower, so the platform can be matched to the duty and volume of dust you handle. Antistatic accessories and an interchangeable container for IIIB dust are available as options, letting one machine be specified around your material rather than the other way round. Every unit is CE marked.

The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve to ensure continuous, maintenance-free operation. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.

Filtration is provided by two progressive efficiency filters installed in series: a primary star polyester filter class M (filtering efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area and an absolute secondary filter in class H14.
