The MINIBULL H ACD INERT is built for one of the most demanding jobs in dust extraction: collecting fine, reactive, conductive dust without giving it the conditions to ignite. Classified ACD for combustible-dust extraction, it is engineered for use in ordinary, non-ATEX-classified areas — where combustible dust is present but the surrounding atmosphere itself is not classified.
Its defining feature is a stainless steel container fitted with an inerting liquid bath. Incoming Type IIIC conductive dust is drawn straight into the liquid, which neutralises it and prevents an explosive atmosphere ever forming inside the extractor. Complete grounding discharges the static that builds as dust moves through the machine, and a vacuum gauge lets the operator monitor performance at a glance. An interchangeable container for Type IIIB dust and a range of antistatic accessories are available as options.
Suction comes from two single-phase by-pass motors — a combined 2.6 kW — that switch independently, so the operator can match airflow to the task. Air is cleaned through an H13 cartridge with antistatic polyester media before it leaves the machine.
