The TX 3D Z22 is a mobile, ATEX-certified industrial vacuum engineered by Depureco for the toughest recovery duties in combustible-dust environments. Compact enough to manoeuvre around a busy production floor yet powerful enough for heavy, continuous collection, it is rated for continuous work — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — in ATEX Zone 22 dust areas.
At its heart is a manufacturer-certified ATEX side channel blower, paired with a Class M primary filter — a star-type element in antistatic polyester — and a manual filter shaker for quick, tool-free cleaning. A vacuum-limiting safety valve guards the motor, and the reinforced steel body is built to keep working shift after shift. Together they deliver high suction and maximum filtration in one dependable machine.
Because no two extraction jobs are identical, the TX 3D Z22 is offered in multiple construction options and three motor ratings — 3 kW, 4 kW and 5.5 kW — so the machine can be matched to your throughput rather than the other way round. It recovers dry powders, solids and shavings as well as wet powders and solids, and carries full CE and ATEX certification for confident use in Zone 22 areas.
The suction unit is a manufacturer-certified Atex side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The Side Channel Blower is equipped with a safety valve that ensures continuous work, without any maintenance.
Filtration is provided by a polyester star filter in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with a dirty filter.
An ergonomic manual filter shaker allows the filter to be cleaned easily and quickly, removing dust and debris from the surface of the filter.
The material is collected inside an AISI 304 stainless steel container, complete with a metal handle that allows its release, to avoid any sparks that could be generated by the electrostatic charge.
