The AC 3G-3D Z2-22 is a pneumatic industrial vacuum built for plants where compressed air is the natural power source and an explosive-atmosphere risk rules out conventional machines. Suction is generated by a high-performance Venturi tube, so the vacuum draws its power from your compressed-air supply rather than a mains connection — a robust, versatile solution for demanding production environments.
It is ATEX and CE certified for intensive work in Zone 22 dust and Zone 2 gas atmospheres, carrying the marking II 3D Ex h IIIC T140°C Dc | II 3G Ex h IIB T3 Gc. Antistatic polyester filtration and an M-class primary filter deliver high filtration efficiency, while a manual filter-cleaning system helps maintain suction between empties.
Because it is offered in multiple construction options — including 65-litre and 100-litre collection capacities — the AC 3G-3D Z2-22 can be matched to the material and volume you handle, from dry powders and shavings to wet residues. Disposable collection bags allow clean, contained disposal, and a float option lets the same machine take up liquids. Specified correctly, one pneumatic platform covers a wide range of ATEX cleaning tasks, keeping your equipment count — and total cost of ownership — down.

The tangential inlet facilitates the cyclonic effect to deposit the collected material in the container. Filtration is ensured by a polyester star filter in class M (filtering efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with a dirty filter.
An ergonomic manual filter shaker allows the filter to be cleaned easily and quickly, removing dust and debris from the surface of the filter.
The material is collected inside an AISI 304 stainless steel container, complete with a metal handle that allows its release, to avoid any sparks that could be generated by the electrostatic charge.
