The BL 45 JC DEX 1/3D – 1/2D is a compact, sturdy ATEX industrial vacuum, certified by an external body to collect fine, conductive and explosive dust — type IIIC included — in industrial environments. It is rated for dust-classified Zone 21 and Zone 22 areas, with an independently certified Zone 20 internal collection chamber. The machine is supplied in two ATEX configurations, carrying the marking II 1/2D Ex h IIIC T140 Da/Db and II 1/3D Ex h IIIC T140 Da/Dc, so it can be specified to match the exact zone classification of your process.
At its core is a brushless motor rated at 1.1 kW, chosen for dependable running with fewer wearing parts and a lower total cost of ownership across a demanding service life. The unit stays compact and easy to handle while offering a 45-litre collection container, and it is certified for intensive, continuous work rather than occasional clean-up — the difference between a vacuum that survives an industrial shift and one that is merely rated for it.
Filtration runs on two progressive levels with full grounding for safe handling of conductive dust. The primary stage is a class M antistatic polyester cartridge, kept clear by the Jet Clean automatic cleaning system so suction holds steady without stopping the process; a certified H14 absolute filter forms the second stage, capturing the finest particles before the air leaves the machine. The result is dependable containment of hazardous fine dust across long, continuous duty cycles.
The vacuum unit is a powerful Brushless motor, suitable for continuous work. Two filters are installed on the vacuum cleaner head: one to protect the motor and the other placed on the air outlet. The air that comes out is totally filtered
The vacuum cleaner equips two levels of progressive efficiency filtration installed in series: a polyester cartridge filter in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) and an absolute secondary filter in class H14.
Thanks to its 1D – Zone 20 certified chamber, the vacuum cleaner guarantees maximum safety and compliance when vacuuming combustible or conductive dusts (Group IIIC), even when these are contained within the unit.
The material is collected inside an AISI 304 stainless steel container, complete with a metal handle that allows its release, to avoid any sparks that could be generated by the electrostatic charge.
