The RAM OIL T is Depureco's dedicated solution for cleaning machining-centre tanks: it vacuums spent lubricating and cutting oils, separates the metal swarf, and returns filtered oil clean enough to put straight back to work. Every unit ships as standard with the oil and swarf accessory kit, an accessory basket and two hose support hooks.
A side-channel blower drives continuous suction, while a tipping hopper and 150-micron liquid filter trap chips down to the finest particles so the recovered oil is fit for reuse. An onboard discharge pump and non-return valve let the machine draw liquid in and pump filtered liquid out at the same time, so emptying a large tank never means stopping the job. The RAM OIL T is offered in two motor configurations — 4.3 kW and 5.5 kW — to match the tank size and duty cycle you run.
Built in sturdy painted steel and Italian-engineered by a manufacturer that has made industrial vacuums since 1972, the RAM OIL T is designed to earn its place on the shop floor. The real return is in the oil it saves: every litre recovered and filtered back into the tank is a litre you don't buy again, so the machine steadily pays down its own cost across a long working life.
The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve to ensure continuous, maintenance-free operation. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.
A tipping hopper is installed above the vacuum cleaner’s large container. The collected liquid passes through a liquid filter with an efficiency of 150µ and a grid basket, which trap chips and simplify their disposal. In this way, even the smallest solid particles can be separated, making the filtered liquid suitable for reuse.
An electric pump is installed inside the container and allows the extracted and filtered liquids to be discharged quickly. Thanks to the non-return valve, it is possible to suction and discharge at the same time, without stopping the machine.
