SUCTION UNIT
Suction is provided by 3 by-pass motors operated by independent switches, allowing the operator to control suction performance. The motors are located inside a robust enclosure, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level.

Vacuum oil and metal swarf together, filter the fluid, and put clean oil straight back to work.
The M100 OIL is an industrial vacuum built for one job: lifting oil and metal shavings straight off tanks, tables and machine tools, then separating the two so the fluid can be put back to work. Coolant and swarf are drawn up together, passed through a grid basket and a 150-micron polypropylene filter that traps even fine chips, and the cleaned liquid is discharged by gravity through a valve at the base of the container — ready to be reused rather than binned.
Suction comes from three single-phase by-pass motors totalling 3.9 kW, each on its own switch so the operator can dial performance up or down to suit the task. A float device shuts the suction off automatically once the container reaches its fill level, protecting the motors, and the whole machine is built from sturdy painted steel that stands up to a machine-shop environment. With up to 100 litres of liquid and 50 litres of solids per fill, emptying stays infrequent and downtime low.
As the manufacturer, we build the M100 OIL to recover cutting and lubricating oils from tanks, tables and machine tools without losing them to waste. It is designed for ordinary industrial environments rather than ATEX-classified areas, and because it filters and returns the oil rather than discarding it, it keeps consumable costs down across a long working life.

The collected liquid passes through a liquid filter with an efficiency of 150µ and a grid basket, which trap chips and simplify their disposal. In this way, even the smallest solid particles can be separated, making the filtered liquid suitable for reuse.
A floating device immediately stops suction when the liquid exceeds a certain container fill level protecting the suction unit.
A ball valve located at the bottom of the container allows the collected liquids to be easily discharged by gravity.
Send us a short description of the job — the material, the volume, the regulations that apply — and we'll come back with a recommended machine and a quote.
