SUCTION UNIT
Suction is provided by 2 by-pass motors controlled by independent switches, allowing the operator to control suction performance. The motors are located inside a robust enclosure, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level.

Lift oil and swarf from tanks, tables and machine tools — then filter the coolant clean and return it to the machine.
The M70 OIL is Depureco's industrial vacuum for oil and swarf — built to draw the oil-and-chip mixture off tanks, tables and machine tools and separate the two on board. The lubricating and cutting oils are filtered so they can be returned to the machine and used again, while the metal shavings are collected for disposal or recycling. It is aimed squarely at machine shops where coolant and swarf build up together and both need managing at once.
Suction comes from a 2.6 kW by-pass motor, and the collected liquid drains by gravity through a discharge hose at the bottom of the container — a simple drain tube that makes emptying quick and controlled. Where a machine tool needs its coolant returned continuously, a pump can be added so the filtered liquid discharges at the same time as it is drawn up. An additional anti-foam filter keeps foam out of the airstream on the emulsions that tend to froth.
The container gives a 40-litre solids capacity alongside 70 litres for recovered liquid, and the whole machine is built in sturdy painted steel to keep working shift after shift. Because the oil is filtered and reused rather than sent to waste with the swarf, the M70 OIL pays its way through lower coolant and lubricant spend over its working life. It is CE-marked and electrically powered for ordinary, non-classified work areas; it is not ATEX zone-certified, so it must not be used inside a classified explosive-atmosphere area. As the manufacturer, Depureco UK stands behind it across that full working life.

The collected liquid passes through a grid basket, which traps the chips and simplifies their disposal. In this way, even the smallest solid particles can be separated, making the filtered liquid suitable for reuse.
An electric level probe immediately stops suction when the liquid exceeds a certain container fill level, protecting the suction unit.
A ball valve located at the bottom of the container allows the collected liquids to be easily discharged by gravity.
