SUCTION UNIT
Suction is provided by 2 by-pass motors controlled by independent switches, allowing the operator to control suction performance. The motors are located inside a robust enclosure, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level.

Vacuums oil and swarf out of the sump, separates the two, and pumps the recovered oil straight back for reuse — no downtime.
The M130 OIL P is a sump vacuum built for one job and built to do it well: clearing oil and metal chips out of tanks, machine-tool sumps and work tables. It draws the mixed oil and swarf in, separates the solids from the liquid, and holds each in its own chamber — up to 40 litres of chips and 130 litres of recovered liquid.
Because it filters as it separates, the oil you draw out comes back clean enough to reuse. An internal pump discharges the filtered liquid at the same time as it pulls more in, so the machine can run continuously — recovering the lubricating and cutting oils that would otherwise be tipped away. An anti-foam filter keeps coolant emulsions under control, and a 2.6 kW by-pass motor drives the suction.
Housed in sturdy painted steel and CE marked, the M130 OIL P is engineered in Italy for everyday work in ordinary industrial areas — machine shops and workshops rather than ATEX-classified explosive atmospheres. As the manufacturer behind the Depureco range, we build it, supply it and stand behind it, so the recovered-oil savings keep adding up long after the machine is installed.

The collected liquid passes through a grid basket, which traps the chips and simplifies their disposal. In this way, even the smallest solid particles can be separated, making the filtered liquid suitable for reuse.
An electric level probe immediately stops suction when the liquid exceeds a certain container fill level, protecting the suction unit.
An electric immersion pump is installed inside the container and allows fast discharge of sucked and filtered liquids. Thanks to the check valve, it is possible to suction and discharge at the same time, without stopping the machine.
Send us a short description of the job — the material, the volume, the regulations that apply — and we'll come back with a recommended machine and a quote.
