The CLEAN AIR is Depureco's answer to the oily mist thrown off by machine tools. Fitted close to the machine, it draws that mist out of the air, collects the oil and expels it through a drainage pipe, then emits purified air back into the working environment. Compact and easy to adapt to almost any machine tool, it keeps operators breathing clean air without a bulky central installation.

CLEAN AIR is supplied in several sizes rather than a single fixed build, with the electric fan specified at 0.25 kW, 0.37 kW, 0.55 kW or 0.75 kW so the unit is matched to the machine and the volume of air it has to move. Filtration runs through four progressive stages of increasing efficiency, with an M-class cellulose cartridge as the primary filter, so mist is removed in steady steps rather than in one pass — which is why the air returned to the room is genuinely clean.

A high air flow rate keeps performance strong while low energy consumption holds running costs down, so the machine is economical to run as well as low in environmental impact. CLEAN AIR is CE-marked and built for ordinary, non-classified working areas; it is not ATEX zone-certified, so where a genuinely explosive atmosphere is present a zone-rated machine is required instead. For everyday oil-mist capture on the shop floor, it is the straightforward, energy-conscious choice.
