The CLEAN OIL is Depureco's industrial vacuum for recovering oil and metal chips from tanks, tables and machine tools. Instead of sending contaminated coolant and swarf to waste together, it lifts the mixture and separates the two — filtering the lubricating and cutting oils so they can be returned to the machine, and collecting the solid chips for disposal or recycling.
At its core is a powerful side channel blower with flux inversion, which lets the same unit both draw liquid up under suction and reverse to pump it back out for discharge. Because the oil is filtered and reused rather than thrown away, the machine pays its way through lower coolant and lubricant costs over its working life, while a sturdy painted steel construction is built to keep earning that return shift after shift.
A Sacco primary filter with 150-micron polypropylene media handles the solids side, giving a 50-litre chip capacity alongside 100 litres for the recovered liquid. The CLEAN OIL is sold in two configurations — a 2.2 kW or 3 kW side channel blower to match your throughput — and is CE-marked for use in ordinary, non-classified work areas. The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve to ensure continuous, maintenance-free operation. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.
The collected liquid passes through a liquid filter with an efficiency of 150µ and a grid basket, which trap chips and simplify their disposal. In this way, even the smallest solid particles can be separated, making the filtered liquid suitable for reuse.
A floating device immediately stops suction when the liquid exceeds a certain container fill level protecting the suction unit.
A convenient lever, located at the rear of the vacuum cleaner, allows rapid switching between suction and container emptying. The reverse flow system uses the exhaust air ensuring the efficiency and speed of the operation.
