SUCTION UNIT
Suction is provided by 3 by-pass motors controlled by a single switch that allows them to start sequentially, avoiding current spikes. The motors are inside a sturdy enclosure, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level.

Draw oil and swarf straight out of your machining-centre tanks, separate the two, and send filtered lubricant back to work.
The RAM OIL 280 MP is Depureco's industrial vacuum for the maintenance of CNC machinery, built for the efficient cleaning of machining-centre tanks. It draws in the mixed oil and swarf, separates the metal shavings from the liquid, and filters the cutting and lubricating oils so they can be reused rather than tipped away with the chips. It suits machine shops where oil and swarf build up together in the sump and both need clearing at once.
Suction is driven by a 3.9 kW by-pass motor. Because the machine filters the liquid as it separates it from the swarf, the oil comes back clean enough to return to the machine — and it can suction and discharge the filtered liquid at the same time, so recovery runs without stopping. A 150-micron polypropylene bag filter traps the fine particles, while a convenient accessory basket keeps the suction nozzles within reach. The container holds up to 280 litres of recovered liquid and 40 litres of solids, and the whole machine is built in sturdy painted steel to keep working shift after shift.
Supplied as standard with the oil-and-chip accessory kit and two hose support hooks, the RAM OIL 280 MP is CE marked and engineered in Italy for everyday work in ordinary industrial areas — machine shops and workshops rather than ATEX-classified explosive atmospheres. As the manufacturer behind the Depureco range, we build it, supply it and stand behind it, so the recovered-oil savings keep adding up long after the machine is installed.

The collected liquid passes through a liquid filter with an efficiency of 150µ and a grid basket, which trap chips and simplify their disposal. In this way, even the smallest solid particles can be separated, making the filtered liquid suitable for reuse.
360° rotating material inlet. Provides full freedom of movement without the need to move the vacuum cleaner.
An electric pump is installed inside the container and allows the extracted and filtered liquids to be discharged quickly. Thanks to the non-return valve, it is possible to suction and discharge at the same time, without stopping the machine.
