The RAM OIL 200 MP is Depureco's dedicated sump vacuum for CNC machining centres, built to pull spent coolant, cutting oil and metal swarf straight out of machine tanks. It separates the oil from the shavings, filters it and returns clean liquid ready to reuse — so the fluid you have already paid for goes back to work instead of into waste.
An onboard pump discharges the filtered liquid as the unit vacuums, giving you simultaneous suction and discharge rather than a stop-start fill-and-empty cycle. Three single-phase motors provide 3.9 kW of power, a 200-litre liquid tank holds the reclaimed fluid, and a 150-micron polypropylene filter with a dedicated anti-oil element handles the separation. An accessory basket and twin hose hooks keep tooling to hand.
Robust painted-steel construction stands up to the oily, abrasive conditions of a machine shop and is built for a long service life, so the return on reclaimed coolant compounds over time. The RAM OIL 200 MP is CE marked for ordinary industrial environments; it is not certified for use in explosive atmospheres.
Suction is provided by 3 by-pass motors controlled by a single switch that allows them to start sequentially, avoiding current spikes. The motors are inside a sturdy enclosure, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level.
The collected liquid passes through a grid basket, which traps the chips and simplifies their disposal. In this way, even the smallest solid particles can be separated, making the filtered liquid suitable for reuse.

An electric pump is installed inside the container and allows the extracted and filtered liquids to be discharged quickly. Thanks to the non-return valve, it is possible to suction and discharge at the same time, without stopping the machine.
