The RAM OIL 1000 AV is Depureco's answer to the heaviest liquid-recovery work: a Roots-pump industrial vacuum engineered to lift dense mud, sludge and oil-soaked swarf out of the bottom of machining-centre tanks. A 5.5 kW motor drives suction that shifts the most viscous deposits without stalling, and the machine arrives ready to work with the oil and chip accessory kit fitted as standard.
Everything it draws up passes through a Sacco bag filter and 150-micron polypropylene media, so metal chips and fine solids are trapped while the lubricating and cutting oil is cleaned for return to the tank. With a 1,000-litre liquid capacity and a 40-litre solids capacity, it recovers expensive coolant instead of sending it to waste — the kind of economy that lowers the total cost of running a machining line over years of service, not months.
Housed in sturdy painted steel and running from a 400-volt electrical supply with Class F motor insulation, the RAM OIL 1000 AV is built for the day-in, day-out demands of a busy shop floor. It is CE-marked for ordinary, non-classified industrial areas — the standard environment around lathes, mills and CNC machining centres.
The suction unit is a vane pump with a special suction system that generates a vacuum of 900 mBar. In this specific model, the pump unit is directly connected to the electric motor. The system is equipped with a safety valve that ensures continuous work in complete safety.
The collected liquid passes through a liquid filter with an efficiency of 150µ and a grid basket, which trap chips and simplify their disposal. In this way, even the smallest solid particles can be separated, making the filtered liquid suitable for reuse.
A convenient lever, located at the rear of the vacuum cleaner, allows rapid switching between suction and container emptying. The reverse flow system uses the exhaust air ensuring the efficiency and speed of the operation.
