The PUMA HD DEX 1/3D is the most powerful machine in Depureco's PUMA line, engineered for intensive, round-the-clock extraction in ATEX-classified environments. Its ATEX-certified side channel blower delivers the sustained vacuum needed to feed large centralised suction systems, while third-party certification of the internal chamber as Zone 20 means metal and explosive dust are captured in total safety.
High-efficiency M-class filtration uses four antistatic polyester cartridges with full grounding, so fine, clogging powders are held securely without static build-up. An integrated automatic filter-cleaning system keeps the cartridges clear during operation, allowing continuous running without the maintenance stops that limit lesser machines — the kind of uptime that keeps total cost of ownership low across the working life of a centralised installation.
Supplied in two configurations — a 22 kW or 18.5 kW side channel blower — the PUMA HD DEX 1/3D is designed for permanent installation within centralised systems handling combustible dust. A vacuum-limiting safety valve protects the blower, and the antistatic build throughout makes it a dependable choice wherever explosive dust must be moved reliably, shift after shift.
The suction unit is a manufacturer-certified Atex side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The Side Channel Blower is equipped with a safety valve that ensures continuous work, without any maintenance.
Automatic filter cleaning system in reverse flow of air at 6 bar (compressed air not supplied as standard). Each filter is cleaned at regular, alternately adjustable intervals without interrupting suction. Ideal for fine and difficult dust.
Thanks to its 1D – Zone 20 certified chamber, the vacuum cleaner guarantees maximum safety and compliance when vacuuming combustible or conductive dusts (Group IIIC), even when these are contained within the unit.
The material is collected inside an AISI 304 stainless steel container, complete with a metal handle that allows its release, to avoid any sparks that could be generated by the electrostatic charge.
