The PUMA FIX 3D Z22 is a fixed industrial vacuum built to sit at the heart of a centralised extraction system. Its ATEX-certified side-channel blower is rated for continuous operation, so the machine works as a permanent suction unit rather than an intermittent cleaning tool. As the manufacturer, Depureco supplies it in a range of motor sizes — 7.5 kW, 11 kW, 15 kW and 18.5 kW — so the unit can be matched to the airflow and pipe run your installation demands.
Filtration runs through four antistatic polyester cartridges in filter class M, kept clear by an automatic SP cleaning system that sends a counter-current jet of air through each cartridge in turn, without interrupting suction. A tangential inlet drives an integrated cyclonic action that drops heavier material into the collection container before it reaches the filters, protecting the cartridges and extending the working life of the machine. It is a unit engineered for long, low-intervention service and a lower total cost of ownership.
Certified to ATEX category II 3D for dust Zone 22 atmospheres and CE-marked, the PUMA FIX 3D Z22 is built to handle hazardous-area powders, solids and shavings. It is set up for remote control, so it can be integrated into automated production lines, and it moves easily by forklift for straightforward installation and relocation on the plant floor.
The suction unit is a manufacturer-certified Atex side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The Side Channel Blower is equipped with a safety valve that ensures continuous work, without any maintenance.
The tangential inlet facilitates the deposition of the sucked material in the container due to the cyclonic effect. Filtration is ensured by a polyester cartridge filter in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with a dirty filter.
Automatic filter cleaning system in reverse flow of air at 6 bar (compressed air not supplied as standard). Each filter is cleaned at regular, alternately adjustable intervals without interrupting suction. Ideal for fine and difficult dust.
The material is collected inside an AISI 304 stainless steel container, complete with a metal handle that allows its release, to avoid any sparks that could be generated by the electrostatic charge.
