Suction is generated by two ejectors which generate, without the use of mechanical elements, a considerable vacuum inside the chamber, thus making suction possible.

The MINIAIR 3G-3D Z2-22 is a compressed-air industrial vacuum engineered for the kind of hazardous environments where an electric machine simply isn't an option. Its Venturi ejector runs entirely on your existing compressed-air supply, so it delivers strong, continuous suction in areas where electricity is scarce, unavailable, or unsafe to introduce. It carries CE and ATEX certification for use in dust Zone 22 and gas Zone 2.
High-efficiency filtration is central to the design. An M-class star filter in antistatic polyester captures fine dust and production residues, while a large filter surface keeps airflow strong between cleans and a manual filter-cleaning system restores it by hand, without tools or downtime. The machine handles dry powders, solids and shavings, and with a float fitted it will also pick up wet material and liquids — so a single unit covers both wet and dry work.
Available in multiple build configurations, the MINIAIR 3G-3D can be specified with disposable collection bags for clean, contained waste disposal or set up for liquid recovery. With a 45-litre collection container and quiet operation at 73 decibels, it is practical for sustained daily use on the factory floor. As an Italian-engineered Depureco machine, it is built to be maintained and relied upon over the long term — the kind of durability that keeps the total cost of ownership low across its working life.

Filtration is provided by a polyester star filter in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with a dirty filter.
An ergonomic manual filter shaker allows the filter to be cleaned easily and quickly, removing dust and debris from the surface of the filter.
The material is collected inside an AISI 304 stainless steel container, complete with a metal handle that allows its release, to avoid any sparks that could be generated by the electrostatic charge.
