The ECOBULL XM DEX 1/3D is a Depureco industrial vacuum engineered to recover very fine dust safely in ATEX explosion-risk areas classified as dust Zone 22. Certified by an external body for the safe vacuuming of combustible and electrically conductive Type IIIC dust, it pairs Category 1D internal protection — rated to Zone 20 inside the collection chamber — with complete grounding of the whole unit, so static cannot build on the machine as fine dust is drawn in.

Extraction is driven by a certified ATEX side-channel blower with a 1.8 kW motor, rated for continuous 24-hour operation. An M-class antistatic polyester cartridge captures fine particulate, a Jet Clean system keeps that filter working without opening the machine, and a vacuum-limiter safety valve guards the airflow. Compact, sturdy and easy to handle, it is supplied in more than one voltage and frequency configuration to suit different sites and mains supplies.

Built for intensive industrial duty and certified to both CE and ATEX, the ECOBULL XM DEX is specified around total cost of ownership rather than the lowest up-front price. It handles dry powders, solids and shavings as well as wet powders or solids, and is Depureco-engineered to keep working where fine combustible dust is a constant, everyday hazard.

The suction unit is a manufacturer-certified Atex side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The Side Channel Blower is equipped with a safety valve that ensures continuous work, without any maintenance.

Filtration is ensured by a Class M polyester cartridge filter (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with a dirty filter.
