The ECOBULL XM DEX 1/2D is a compact, portable industrial vacuum engineered to recover very fine dust safely inside ATEX explosion-risk areas. It is certified by an external body for the safe vacuuming of conductive and combustible dust, including type IIIC dust, and carries the ATEX marking II 1/2D Ex h IIIC T160 Da/Db — approved for dust Zones 21 and 22, with Category 1D protection treating the internal chamber as Zone 20 for maximum safety.

At its core is a certified side channel turbine rated for 24-hour operation, driving continuous suction without duty-cycle interruptions, with a 2.2 kW motor and a vacuum-limiter valve to protect the turbine under load. A class M cartridge filter in antistatic polyester media captures fine hazardous dust, complete grounding of the unit discharges static across the whole machine, and a Jet Clean filter-cleaning system keeps airflow consistent shift after shift. Recovered material — dry or wet powders, solids, shavings and combustible dust — collects in a 20-litre container.

Italian-engineered by Depureco, the manufacturer, the ECOBULL XM DEX 1/2D is supplied in more than one mains-voltage configuration to match your installation, and is built for the long service life that lowers total cost of ownership on continuous combustible-dust duty. Compact and easy to handle, it brings certified Category 1D internal protection and high filtration efficiency to intensive housekeeping and process-recovery work in classified dust areas.

The suction unit is a manufacturer-certified Atex side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The Side Channel Blower is equipped with a safety valve that ensures continuous work, without any maintenance.

Filtration is ensured by a Class M polyester cartridge filter (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with a dirty filter.
