ECOBULL DEX 3/3G

The ECOBULL DEX 3/3G is an ATEX-certified industrial vacuum, designed and certified to safely collect dust, solids and shavings in environments classified for gas Zone 2 — areas where a flammable gas atmosphere may occasionally be present. Its marking, II 3/3G Ex hIIIB+H2T4 Gc/Gc, is confirmed by third-party certification rather than self-declared, so the machine can be trusted for intensive, continuous work where safety around gas is non-negotiable.

Supplied in three configurations rated at 1.8 kW, 3 kW and 4 kW, the ECOBULL DEX lets you match suction power to the job rather than over-specifying. At its core is a manufacturer-certified ATEX side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller, fitted with a safety valve that keeps the machine running continuously with no maintenance. The body is compact, sturdy and easy to handle, so it moves around a busy plant without fuss.

Filtration is handled by a class M antistatic polyester star filter, protected by an internal deflector that slows incoming material and shields the media, so air keeps passing even as the filter loads. An ergonomic manual filter shaker keeps it working between services, and an additional absolute filter can be fitted where finer filtration is required. Collected material drops into an AISI 304 stainless steel container with a metal handle for safe release — all engineered to keep downtime and running costs low across a long service life.
