The ECOBULL DEX 1/3D INERT is an ATEX-certified industrial vacuum engineered by Depureco for the safe extraction of conductive and self-igniting dust — including the Type IIIC metal dusts that can ignite in ordinary extraction equipment. As the dust is drawn in, an inerting liquid bath immerses and neutralises it on contact, stopping an explosive atmosphere from forming inside the machine.

Certified to the ATEX marking II 1/3D Ex h IIIC T160 Da/Dc, the unit is approved for intensive, continuous work in dust Zone 22, with Category 1D internal protection rated for the Zone 20 atmosphere inside its own collection chamber. A hydrogen vent safety valve, an H13 antistatic polyester cartridge filter and an additional spark-trap filter combine to protect the operator and the wider plant.

Backed by Depureco's Italian engineering heritage since 1972, the ECOBULL DEX 1/3D INERT is driven by an ATEX 3D side-channel blower and offered in 1.8 kW and 3 kW configurations to suit your duty cycle. A patented quick-release coupling lets operators uncouple and refit the container by hand, without tools, making the disposal of reactive dust quick, clean and safe.
