The ECOBULL DEX 1/3D is an ATEX-certified industrial vacuum engineered for the toughest dust-extraction duties. It is certified for intensive work in ATEX Zone 22 dust areas and is designed to capture combustible, conductive and fine dust, including type IIIC, safely, even in heavy-duty and continuous applications.

Safety is built into every part of the machine. A side channel blower certified ATEX in category 3D drives the suction, while a category 1D certified internal chamber, rated to Zone 20, contains combustible and conductive dust even inside the unit. Complete grounding of the whole unit discharges the static that dust in motion generates, and a vacuum relief valve keeps the blower working continuously without interruption.

Filtration is handled by a class M primary filter, an antistatic polyester star filter with a large filtering surface that is cleaned manually, for high efficiency on fine dust. The DEX 1/3D is supplied in more than one configuration, with motor power of 1.8 kW, 3 kW or 4 kW, so the machine can be matched to the demands of the application. Built for intensive, continuous service, it is designed to keep working shift after shift, which is where its value shows over the working life of the machine.

The suction unit is a manufacturer-certified Atex side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The Side Channel Blower is equipped with a safety valve that ensures continuous work, without any maintenance.

FILTER UNIT

FILTER UNIT

The material is diverted by a deflector protecting the main filter. Filtration is ensured by a class M polyester star filter (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with the dirty filter.
