The DF FIX 3D Z22 is a high-powered ATEX-certified dust collector designed to sit at the centre of a fixed, centralised vacuum system. Rather than a portable one-off unit, it works as the suction source for an entire piped network, drawing volatile and suspended powders back to a single collection container. It is set up for remote control, so operators can start, stop and monitor extraction away from the machine itself.
Two motor configurations are offered — a 5.5 kW and a 7.5 kW electric fan — so the unit can be matched to the airflow and depression your network demands, both delivering the very high air-flow rate the DF FIX range is engineered for. The machine carries CE and ATEX certification, marked II 3D Ex IIIB T140°C Dc for use in dust Zone 22, giving you documented protection where combustible fine powders are present.
An integrated PSC system keeps the M-class primary filter clean automatically during operation, holding suction stable across long shifts without stopping to service filters by hand. The Stellare primary filter uses antistatic polyester media to handle fine, static-prone dust safely, and the whole unit is built to be repositioned with a forklift truck — so a heavy, permanently installed extraction asset stays serviceable and cost-effective across years of continuous industrial duty.

Key Features
FILTER UNIT
Filtration is provided by a polyester star filter in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with a dirty filter.
AUTOMATIC FILTER CLEANING PSC
Built-in filter cleaning system that automatically shakes the filter at regular and adjustable intervals, removing dust and debris from the surface.
COLLECTION UNIT
The material is collected inside an AISI 304 stainless steel container, complete with a metal handle that allows its release, to avoid any sparks that could be generated by the electrostatic charge.
