The DF 075 – 22 DEX 1/3D is one of the first wheeled industrial dust collectors certified for the extraction of conductive and combustible volatile dusts — including type IIIC — in ATEX Zone 22 areas. Suction comes from an ATEX-certified three-phase fan, and the unit is built to connect to an ATEX articulated arm, an extraction hood, or directly to your machinery or process line.
Safety is engineered inside and out. The dust chamber carries Category 1D internal protection certified for Zone 20, so the machine stays compliant even when a combustible or conductive cloud forms within the unit itself. It is certified as a Dry Type Vacuum Cleaner to EN 17348 for type IIIC dust, and its Class M primary filter uses an antistatic polyester star media that keeps air moving even as it loads.
Because extraction demands vary, the DF 075 – 22 DEX 1/3D is supplied in a range of configurations, with motor options from 0.75 kW to 2.2 kW, so the collector can be matched to the duct run and dust load rather than over- or under-sized. Manual filter cleaning keeps maintenance simple, and Depureco's Italian engineering — building industrial vacuums since 1972 — is specified to earn its place on the floor for years.

Key Features
FILTER UNIT
Filtration is provided by a polyester star filter in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with a dirty filter.
INTERNAL CERTIFICATION CAT 1D - ZONE 20
Thanks to its 1D – Zone 20 certified chamber, the vacuum cleaner guarantees maximum safety and compliance when vacuuming combustible or conductive dusts (Group IIIC), even when these are contained within the unit.
COLLECTION UNIT
The material is collected inside an AISI 304 stainless steel container, complete with a metal handle that allows its release, to avoid any sparks that could be generated by the electrostatic charge.
