The DF 40 is an industrial dust collector engineered for very high air flow. Its 4 kW three-phase fan generates the suction needed to capture fine, suspended and volatile powders as they are released, keeping them out of the air your operators breathe and off the surfaces around your machines.

High filtration capacity sits at the heart of the unit: a class M primary filter with polyester media traps fine dust efficiently, and a manual cleaning system keeps it working between service intervals. The whole collector is built in sturdy painted steel, so it stands up to continuous industrial duty. It is offered in three configurations, each tuned to a different balance of air flow and vacuum, so the DF 40 can be matched to the demands of your process rather than forced to fit.

Depureco supplies the DF 40 with a suction arm already installed for capture at the source, or configured for direct connection to production machinery where extraction is built into the line. As the manufacturer, we stand behind every CE-marked unit and the long-run value of a collector engineered to be maintained and kept in service rather than replaced.

The suction is generated by a specially designed electric fan to ensure the best air flow rate while maintaining a good level of water lift.

FILTER UNIT

FILTER UNIT

The material is diverted by a deflector protecting the main filter. Filtration is ensured by a class M polyester star filter (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with the dirty filter.

FILTER CLEANING SYSTEM

An ergonomic manual filter shaker allows the filter to be cleaned easily and quickly, removing dust and debris from the surface of the filter.

COLLECTION UNIT

COLLECTION UNIT

The material is collected inside a coated container complete with a handle that allows its release. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the container can be moved with ease, and the collected material can then be disposed of.
