The DF 075 – 22 DEX 3/3G is a wheeled industrial dust collector certified to ATEX Zone 2 for the safe extraction of volatile, suspended and combustible dusts in explosion-risk areas. Its ATEX-certified three-phase fan delivers extremely high airflow, and complete grounding of the unit keeps filtration efficient while removing the static charge that airborne dust can carry.
Designed as a fixed point of extraction, the DF DEX 3/3G connects to an ATEX articulated arm, an extraction hood, or directly to your machinery or process line — capturing dust at source rather than after it has spread. High-efficiency M-class filtration with an antistatic polyester Stellare element holds fine powder inside the unit, and the filter is cleaned manually to restore airflow between shifts.
The unit is offered in a range of configurations, with 0.75 kW and 2.2 kW three-phase motor options, so airflow and vacuum can be matched to the duty — whether that is a single hood or a demanding process connection. Every build carries CE and ATEX certification, backed by Depureco's manufacturing pedigree in industrial extraction and a total-cost-of-ownership case built on a long, serviceable working life.

Key Features
FILTER UNIT
Filtration is provided by a polyester star filter in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with a dirty filter.
FILTER CLEANING SYSTEM
An ergonomic manual filter shaker allows the filter to be cleaned easily and quickly, removing dust and debris from the surface of the filter.
COLLECTION UNIT
The material is collected inside an AISI 304 stainless steel container, complete with a metal handle that allows its release, to avoid any sparks that could be generated by the electrostatic charge.
