The DF 075 – 22 SP is the most compact industrial dust collector Depureco builds. A three-phase fan drives very high airflow through the unit, drawing fine, suspended and volatile powders straight out of the working air. Compact enough to sit tight against the process it protects, it can be supplied with a suction arm already installed or prepared for direct connection to your production machinery.
At its core is the SP automatic filter-cleaning system. Three antistatic polyester cartridges hold an M-class primary filter, and the SP mechanism pulses them clean while the machine runs — rather than forcing you to stop and service a clogged filter, the collector holds its suction and the operator keeps working. That self-cleaning cycle is what gives the DF 075 – 22 SP its long working autonomy on continuous fine-dust duty.
Because dust loads vary from a single bench to a full production line, the DF 075 – 22 SP is offered in a range of configurations rather than one fixed build, with motors of 0.75 kW and 2.2 kW to match the airflow your process demands. Every version is CE-marked and built for ordinary and ACD (non-ATEX-classified) industrial areas. Key Features
FILTER UNIT
Filtration is ensured by polyester cartridge filters in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with dirty filter.
SP FILTER CLEANING SYSTEM
Automatic filter cleaning system in reverse flow of air at 6 bar (compressed air not supplied as standard). Each filter is cleaned at regular, adjustable intervals alternately without interrupting suction. Ideal for fine and difficult dust.
COLLECTION UNIT
The material is collected inside a coated container complete with a handle that allows its release. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the container can be moved with ease, and the collected material can then be disposed of.
