The DF 075–DF 22 is the most compact industrial dust collector in the Depureco range, built for the continuous capture of fine, volatile and suspended powders. A three-phase electric fan generates high air flow rates, drawing airborne dust away from the point where it is created — sanding, weighing, dosing and similar fine-dust tasks — before it spreads across the workspace.
Filtration runs through a Class M polyester star filter with a large filtering surface, so air keeps passing even as the filter loads. An ergonomic manual filter shaker cleans it in seconds with no consumables to buy or replace, and the sturdy painted-steel body is made to keep working shift after shift — the kind of build that keeps the total cost of ownership low over a long service life.
It is offered in several configurations — including 0.75 kW and 2.2 kW fan options — so you can match air flow to the volume of dust you are extracting. Every unit ships CE-marked, and can be supplied with a suction arm installed (ATEX-certified arms are available) or prepared for direct connection to production machinery. As standard the DF 075–DF 22 is specified for ordinary, non-hazardous work areas.

Key Features
FILTER UNIT
The material is diverted by a deflector protecting the main filter. Filtration is ensured by a class M polyester star filter (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with the dirty filter.
FILTER CLEANING SYSTEM
An ergonomic manual filter shaker allows the filter to be cleaned easily and quickly, removing dust and debris from the surface of the filter.
COLLECTION UNIT
The material is collected inside a coated container complete with a handle that allows its release. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the container can be moved with ease, and the collected material can then be disposed of.
