The DF 40 SP is a powerful industrial dust collector built around a three-phase, 4 kW electric fan, engineered to move very high volumes of air and draw large quantities of fine, suspended dust out of the workspace or straight off your production machinery. Its sturdy painted steel construction is made to stand up to permanent installation in demanding industrial settings.

At its core is an integrated automatic filter-cleaning system. As the machine runs, a counter-current of air pulses the four antistatic polyester cartridges clear, so airflow and suction stay high instead of tailing off as dust loads the filters. Rated to M-class filtration, it holds fine suspended powders reliably while cutting the manual filter maintenance that drives up running costs over a machine's life.

The DF 40 SP can be supplied with a suction arm installed for operator-guided extraction, or set up for direct connection to your production machinery for fixed, in-line capture. It is available in three fan configurations, so airflow can be matched to your process, and is CE-marked for use in ordinary, non-hazardous areas.

The suction is generated by a specially designed electric fan to ensure the best air flow rate while maintaining a good level of water lift.

Filtration is ensured by polyester cartridge filters in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with dirty filter.

SP FILTER CLEANING SYSTEM

Automatic filter cleaning system in reverse flow of air at 6 bar (compressed air not supplied as standard). Each filter is cleaned at regular, alternately adjustable intervals without interrupting suction. Ideal for fine and difficult dust.

COLLECTION UNIT

The material is collected inside a coated container complete with a handle that allows its release. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the container can be moved with ease, and the collected material can then be disposed of.
