The DF 40 DEX 3/3G is a wheeled industrial dust collector built for one demanding job: safely extracting fine, suspended dust from atmospheres where an explosive gas may be present. It is ATEX-certified for gas Zone 2, marked II 3/3 G Ex h IIB T3 Gc/Gc, and driven by an ATEX-certified three-phase fan that generates a very high air flow rate on a 400-volt supply.
Capturing volatile powders takes more than raw suction. The whole unit is grounded and fitted with an antistatic polyester Stellare primary filter, so charge is discharged instead of building up as fine dust passes through. M-class filtration holds that dust to a high efficiency, and a manual filter-cleaning system keeps performance up without adding complexity or running costs.
No two extraction points are the same, so the DF 40 DEX 3/3G is offered in three fan configurations, letting you match airflow and vacuum to the source. Connect it to an ATEX articulated arm, to an extraction hood, or directly to a machine or process line. CE and ATEX certified and engineered to Depureco's manufacturing standard, it is built to keep a hazardous area clean for the long term, and to lower the real cost of doing so.

Key Features
FILTER UNIT
Filtration is provided by a polyester star filter in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with a dirty filter.
FILTER CLEANING SYSTEM
An ergonomic manual filter shaker allows the filter to be cleaned easily and quickly, removing dust and debris from the surface of the filter.
COLLECTION UNIT
The material is collected inside an AISI 304 stainless steel container, complete with a metal handle that allows its release, to avoid any sparks that could be generated by the electrostatic charge.
