The XM35 JC LP is a Depureco industrial vacuum built for fine-dust extraction and surface-preparation work. It is designed for fine, dry and clogging powders that defeat an ordinary vacuum, and it is rated to capture toxic and hazardous dusts — drawing them away from the operator and into a sealed collection system.
Two single-phase motors with independent drive give the machine its pull, and a large-surface M-class cartridge filter handles the fine filtration. The integrated JetClean system pulses that filter clean without switching the vacuum off, so airflow stays steady across a long shift, while a cyclonic effect at the inlet strips the coarse load off the filter before dust ever reaches it. With 2.6 kW of motor power on tap, suction holds up on demanding, high-volume work.
Collected material feeds into Depureco's Endless Bag system — a continuous bag that seals off the vacuumed dust so operators never handle it directly and disposal stays quick and clean. Compact and easy to move around a site, the XM35 JC LP is CE certified and carries the build quality Depureco has engineered into its industrial vacuums since 1972. This configuration is not ATEX zone-certified and is intended for ordinary, non-explosive areas only.
Suction is provided by 2 by-pass motors controlled by independent switches, allowing the operator to control suction performance. The motors are located inside a robust enclosure, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level.
Filtration is ensured by a Class M polyester cartridge filter (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with a dirty filter.
Equipped with JetClean® filter cleaning system. Due to the different pressure between the outside and inside of the vacuum cleaner, the system generates a flow of air through the cartridge that detaches dust from the surface of the filter, keeping the filter efficient while working and without stopping suction.
The material is collected inside a sturdy 20-meter-long adjustable roll plastic bag. Once the bag is filled, simply seal and remove it, with no contact between operator and material.
