The XM TOOLS is an industrial shop vacuum engineered for mechanical processing — the fine particles thrown off during grinding, finishing and surface work. It draws powders, solids and shavings straight from the source, and its 1.3 kW by-pass motor delivers steady suction across the working shift.

Multi-stage filtration is built around an M-class cartridge in PTFE-coated polyester, cleaned in place by the Jet Clean system so suction stays consistent as the filter loads. That combination captures fine dust and welding fumes to help protect the operator, and where a finer grade is needed an H14 filter can be fitted on request. The vacuum starts and stops directly from the connected power tool, so extraction runs only when the tool does — dust is captured the moment it is created, not swept up afterwards.

Housed in sturdy painted steel and light enough to move between workstations, the XM TOOLS carries CE marking and is built for ordinary work areas rather than ATEX-classified zones. It is Italian-engineered by Depureco, a manufacturer that has specialised in industrial vacuums since 1972 — a durable, low-maintenance workhorse designed to earn its keep over a long working life.

Suction is provided by 1 by-pass motor placed inside a robust casing, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level.

Filtration is ensured by a Class M polyester cartridge filter (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with a dirty filter.

JET CLEAN FILTER CLEANING SYSTEM

JET CLEAN FILTER CLEANING SYSTEM

Equipped with JetClean® filter cleaning system. Due to the different pressure between the outside and inside of the vacuum cleaner, the system generates a flow of air through the cartridge that detaches dust from the surface of the filter, keeping the filter efficient while working and without stopping suction.

Passing the electric cable of the welding machine through the clip, the vacuum unit automatically begins suction when the operator starts welding and ends a few seconds after the welding machine is turned off.
