The XM 35 JC is a cyclonic industrial vacuum cleaner built for fine dust extraction in demanding industrial environments. It is made for the powders that clog ordinary machines — fine, dry and clogging dust — drawing them cleanly into a 45-litre collection container, with the option of disposable collection bags via its bag holder system.
Filtration is handled by a large-surface M-class cartridge filter in PTFE-coated polyester, sized to keep air moving even as it loads. The integrated Jet Clean system clears the cartridge during operation, so suction stays steady and the filter is working as hard at the end of a shift as at the start — uptime that keeps the total cost of ownership down.
A 2.6 kW by-pass motor gives the XM 35 JC its pull, and it is available in multiple construction options, so the machine is matched to the application rather than fixed to one build. As the manufacturer, Depureco UK supplies and supports every unit directly, backed by Italian engineering. The XM 35 JC is CE-marked for ordinary industrial areas and is not ATEX zone-certified — specify a dedicated ATEX model for potentially explosive atmospheres.
Suction is provided by 2 by-pass motors controlled by independent switches, allowing the operator to control suction performance. The motors are located inside a robust enclosure, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level.
Filtration is ensured by a Class M polyester cartridge filter (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with a dirty filter.
Equipped with JetClean® filter cleaning system. Due to the different pressure between the outside and inside of the vacuum cleaner, the system generates a flow of air through the cartridge that detaches dust from the surface of the filter, keeping the filter efficient while working and without stopping suction.
The material is collected inside a coated bin complete with a handle that allows it to be released. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the container can be moved with ease and the collected material can then be disposed of.
