The XM 20 OVEN is a compact industrial vacuum built for one of the more demanding jobs in a bakery or food-production plant: cleaning industrial ovens. It lifts still-hot residues and crumbs straight from the oven interior, together with the fine, dry and clogging powders that quickly blind a general-purpose vacuum. It is engineered specifically for hot material, so cleaning need not wait for equipment to go fully cold.
Construction is steel throughout and deliberately compact, making the machine easy to manoeuvre around ovens and tight production spaces. A 2.6 kW by-pass motor drives the suction into a 20-litre collection container, while a high-temperature-resistant Nomex primary filter copes with the heat carried in by hot residues. A manual filter-cleaning system lets operators restore airflow on the spot, keeping performance steady through a shift.
Every unit is supplied with an accessory kit for interior oven cleaning, so it is ready for the job out of the box, and carries CE certification for use in ordinary, non-classified areas. Backed by Depureco's Italian engineering, it is a purpose-built tool for bakery and food-industry teams who clean ovens as a matter of routine.
Suction is provided by 2 by-pass motors controlled by independent switches, allowing the operator to control suction performance. The motors are located inside a robust enclosure, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level.
Filtration is ensured by Nomex filter in class M (filtering efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, designed to withstand high temperatures and allow suction of incandescent material (up to 250°).
An ergonomic manual filter shaker allows the filter to be cleaned easily and quickly, removing dust and debris from the surface of the filter.
