The XFLOOR 3 PLUS H is an industrial vacuum built for the work ordinary extractors cannot handle safely: fine, dry and clogging powders, and toxic or hazardous dust. Its certification for type H dust to IEC 60335-2-69:2021 Annex AA sets a clear standard of protection for operators during construction, de-lamination, and floor or surface-treatment work.

A tangential inlet spins incoming air into a cyclonic pre-separation stage, dropping the heavier load before it ever reaches the media. From there a large-surface-area class M primary filter — Depureco's Stellare element in polyester media — is backed by an included H14 secondary filter, so even the finest particles are held back rather than returned to the room. A by-pass motor rated at 3.9 kW keeps airflow strong across long shifts, with a manual filter-cleaning system to restore suction on demand.

Collected dust drops into an Endless Bag system that lets operators seal and remove the load without ever touching it — the safe way to handle hazardous powder. Engineered and built in Italy by Depureco, the XFLOOR 3 PLUS H is made to earn its place on site over years of use, keeping the total cost of ownership where it belongs.

Suction is provided by 3 by-pass motors controlled by a single switch that allows them to start sequentially, avoiding current spikes. The motors are inside a sturdy enclosure, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level.

FILTER UNIT

The tangential inlet facilitates the cyclonic effect to deposit the sucked material in the container. Filtration is provided by two progressive efficiency filters installed in series: a primary star polyester filter in class M (filtering efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area and a secondary absolute filter in class H14.

FILTER CLEANING SYSTEM

An ergonomic manual filter shaker allows the filter to be cleaned easily and quickly, removing dust and debris from the surface of the filter.

COLLECTION UNIT

The material is collected inside a sturdy 20-meter-long adjustable roll plastic bag. Once the bag is filled, simply seal and remove it, with no contact between operator and material.
