XFLOOR 3 PLUS

The XFLOOR 3 PLUS is an industrial vacuum built for construction and surface-treatment work, where fine dust is produced constantly and needs to be captured before it disperses. Compact and easy to transport around a site or between floors, it combines suction power, filtration efficiency and safe dust collection to give operators strong protection from airborne fine dust in floor and surface-treatment operations.

A tangential inlet sets up a cyclonic effect that drops heavier material into the container before it reaches the filter, easing the load on the filtration stage. From there a large-area class M primary filter — a polyester star filter with a 45,000 square-centimetre surface — traps the fine, clogging powders that construction and surface work throw off, and an ergonomic manual filter-shaker clears the surface in seconds to keep airflow and suction consistent. Collected material discharges into a continuous Endless Bag, so the operator can seal and remove it without coming into contact with what has been vacuumed.

That combination suits fine, dry and clogging powders as well as toxic or hazardous dusts, where keeping material sealed and out of the air matters most. The XFLOOR 3 PLUS is CE-marked and runs on an electrical supply; it is not ATEX zone-certified and is intended for ordinary, non-classified working areas.
