SUCTION UNIT
Suction is provided by 3 by-pass motors controlled by a single switch that allows them to start sequentially, avoiding current spikes. The motors are inside a sturdy enclosure, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level.

Certified to dust class H, the XFLOOR 3 H safely captures very fine and health-hazardous dust — and keeps it sealed away from operators.
The Depureco XFLOOR 3 H is an industrial vacuum built for the most demanding fine-dust work — construction, de-lamination, and floor or surface treatment, where the dust is not just a nuisance but a hazard to health. It is certified for type H dust to IEC 60335-2-69:2021 Annex AA, the standard that governs the safe capture of dust harmful to humans, and it is Italian-engineered by Depureco, which has manufactured industrial vacuums since 1972.
Filtration works in two progressive stages. A large star-shaped primary filter of class M, in polyester media with a 24,000 square centimetre surface area, holds back the bulk of the dust, and a secondary H14 absolute filter — included as standard — traps the finest particles before the air leaves the machine. Suction is delivered by by-pass motor power of 3.9 kW, giving a maximum airflow of 570 cubic metres per hour and 250 millibar of continuous vacuum. A tangential inlet spins the incoming air in a cyclonic action to drop heavier material out before it ever reaches the filter, and a manual shaker cleans the filter in seconds to keep suction consistent.
Where the XFLOOR 3 H earns its place is in what happens to the dust once it is captured. Its Endless Bag system collects everything into a continuous, sealable liner, so operators close and remove a full bag without ever coming into contact with the material — the difference between merely cleaning a site and controlling a health risk. Built and CE-marked for ordinary, non-classified areas, it is not ATEX zone-certified for potentially explosive atmospheres; where that is a requirement, choose a Depureco vacuum built and certified for hazardous-area duty. As a machine engineered to be serviced and cleaned rather than replaced, it is designed to keep its running costs down across a long working life.

Filtration is provided by two progressive efficiency filters installed in series: a primary star polyester filter class M (filtering efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area and an absolute secondary filter in class H14.
An ergonomic manual filter shaker allows the filter to be cleaned easily and quickly, removing dust and debris from the surface of the filter.
The material is collected inside a sturdy 20-meter-long adjustable roll plastic bag. Once the bag is filled, simply seal and remove it, with no contact between operator and material.
Send us a short description of the job — the material, the volume, the regulations that apply — and we'll come back with a recommended machine and a quote.
