The XFLOOR 3 is an industrial vacuum engineered for surface treatment — the fine, airborne dust thrown off during floor grinding, sanding and finishing. It is compact and easy to move around a site, and it is built to keep that dust contained rather than dispersed across the working area.

Suction draws dust through a tangential inlet, where a cyclonic effect drops the heavier material straight into the container before it reaches the filter. What remains is captured by a large-area class M filter in star-configuration polyester, cleaned in seconds by an integrated manual filter shaker so airflow stays high even as the filter loads. A by-pass motor rated at 3.9 kW drives the unit.

Collected dust discharges into an Endless Bag — a continuous sleeve the operator seals and removes with no direct contact with the material. That makes the XFLOOR 3 well suited to fine, dry and clogging powders as well as toxic or hazardous dusts. It carries CE certification and runs on a standard electrical supply. Note that it is not ATEX zone-certified: it is specified for ordinary, non-classified areas.

Suction is provided by 3 by-pass motors controlled by a single switch that allows them to start sequentially, avoiding current spikes. The motors are inside a sturdy enclosure, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level.

An ergonomic manual filter shaker allows the filter to be cleaned easily and quickly, removing dust and debris from the surface of the filter.

The tangential inlet facilitates the cyclonic effect to deposit the collected material in the container. Filtration is ensured by a polyester star filter in class M (filtering efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with a dirty filter.

The material is collected inside a sturdy 20-meter-long adjustable roll plastic bag. Once the bag is filled, simply seal and remove it, with no contact between operator and material.
