UPF

The UPF is a compact industrial vacuum engineered to sit on board the machine or alongside the production line, where floor space is tight and access is awkward. Its small footprint means it installs in narrow or hard-to-reach areas that a full-size unit simply cannot, giving you constant recovery of production waste and residual dust exactly where it is generated.

Because no two lines pull the same load, the UPF is sold in four motor configurations — 0.4 kW, 0.85 kW, 1.5 kW and 2.2 kW — each driving a side channel blower for maximum airflow from 80 to 320 cubic metres per hour and continuous vacuum from 125 to 210 millibar. It is offered in both horizontal and vertical construction, so it drops into the layout you already have rather than forcing you to design around it.

Filtration is handled by a Class M polyester bag filter with a large 8,000-square-centimetre surface, capturing fine dust while keeping airflow steady. A 10-litre container and a straightforward, easy-to-maintain layout keep servicing quick and downtime low — the kind of long-run reliability Depureco has engineered into its industrial vacuums in Italy since 1972.
