The TX SP LP TAN is a three-phase industrial vacuum built for the jobs that defeat lighter machines: fine, dry, clogging powders and toxic or hazardous dusts. A side channel blower drives suction that can run 24 hours a day, seven days a week without interruption, so it holds up on production lines and permanent extraction duties rather than short clean-down bursts.
Incoming air passes through a cyclonic separation stage that drops the bulk of the material before it reaches the filter, so the high-surface-area M-class cartridge filter stays clear and airflow stays steady. An automatic cleaning system pulses the antistatic polyester cartridges while the machine is in service, and collection is handled by an endless bag that seals the dust off for disposal without operator contact. The machine is offered in two power configurations — a 5.5 kW and a 7.5 kW side channel blower — so it can be matched to the volume and duty of the application.
Built from steel rather than moulded plastic, the TX SP LP TAN is designed as a long-term capital asset: a reliable, continuously rated machine that earns its place through years of service instead of repeated replacement. It carries CE marking and is intended for ordinary industrial areas — a dependable workhorse for fine and hazardous dust where uptime matters.
The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve to ensure continuous, maintenance-free work. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.
The tangential inlet facilitates the deposition of the sucked material in the container due to the cyclonic effect. Filtration is ensured by a polyester cartridge filter in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with a dirty filter.
Automatic filter cleaning system in reverse flow of air at 6 bar (compressed air not supplied as standard). Each filter is cleaned at regular, adjustable intervals alternately without interrupting suction. Ideal for fine and difficult dust.
The material is collected inside a sturdy 20-meter-long adjustable roll plastic bag. Once the bag is filled, simply seal and remove it, with no contact between operator and material.
