The TX SP is Depureco's three-phase workhorse for operations that never stop. A powerful side-channel turbine works alongside an automatic filter-cleaning system, so the machine recovers large volumes of fine and light dust without the suction loss that would otherwise force a shift to pause. It is rated for continuous duty — 24 hours a day, seven days a week — even in heavy working conditions.
Because no two dust problems are identical, the TX SP is supplied in a range of motorisations — 3 kW, 4 kW, 5.5 kW and 7.5 kW — so suction and airflow can be matched to the demands of your process. Three M-class cartridge filters in antistatic polyester media trap fine, dry and clogging powders, while a vacuum-limiter safety valve protects the turbine during hard, uninterrupted use.
Built from industrial steel and engineered by Depureco in Italy, where the company has made industrial vacuums since 1972, the TX SP is designed to keep working. Continuous-duty construction and self-cleaning filtration mean fewer interruptions and steadier performance over a long service life — the point at which a properly specified machine repays its total cost of ownership.
The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve to ensure continuous, maintenance-free work. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.
Filtration is ensured by polyester cartridge filters in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with dirty filter.
Automatic filter cleaning system in reverse flow of air at 6 bar (compressed air not supplied as standard). Each filter is cleaned at regular, adjustable intervals alternately without interrupting suction. Ideal for fine and difficult dust.
The material is collected inside a coated bin complete with a handle that allows it to be released. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the container can be moved with ease, and the collected material can then be disposed of.
