The TX JC LP is Depureco's heavy-duty industrial vacuum for fine and hazardous dust — a three-phase, steel-bodied machine built for the toughest continuous-recovery duties. Its powerful side channel blower lets it run 24 hours a day, seven days a week without interruption, drawing away large volumes of fine, dry and clogging powder and solids as fast as your process produces them.
Two systems keep it working through a long shift. A cyclonic effect drops most of the load out of the airstream before it reaches the filter, and a high-surface-area M-class cartridge in PTFE-coated polyester media captures the fine fraction — while the Jet Clean system pulses that cartridge clean automatically, so suction holds on powders that would quickly blind a manually cleaned filter. The TX JC LP is sold in two motor configurations, a 5.5 kW and a 7.5 kW side channel blower, so the unit is sized to the duty rather than over-specified.
For toxic and hazardous dusts, the endless-bag collection system is the point of the machine: waste is sealed into a continuous bag and closed off without exposing the operator to what has been collected. Built from industrial steel for genuine continuous duty, the TX JC LP is made to keep running with minimal downtime — steadier throughput and lower running costs across a long working life. It is CE-marked for ordinary, non-classified areas and is not ATEX zone-certified, so specify a rated machine wherever a potentially explosive atmosphere can form.
The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve to ensure continuous, maintenance-free work. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.
Filtration is ensured by a Class M polyester cartridge filter (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with a dirty filter.
Equipped with JetClean® filter cleaning system. Due to the different pressure between the outside and inside of the vacuum cleaner, the system generates a flow of air through the cartridge that detaches dust from the surface of the filter, keeping the filter efficient while working and without stopping suction.
The material is collected inside a sturdy 20-meter-long adjustable roll plastic bag. Once the bag is filled, simply seal and remove it, with no contact between operator and material.
