The TB UP is a compact wheeled industrial vacuum engineered by Depureco for demanding, continuous work. Its side channel blower is rated to run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without interruption, which makes it equally at home as a mobile unit or installed permanently on a production line. Even at that performance the footprint stays compact and stable, so it handles and stores easily on a busy plant floor.
Built around sturdy painted-steel construction and a vacuum-relief safety valve that protects the blower, the TB UP is made to keep working shift after shift. Filtration runs through an M-class star-type primary filter in polyester with manual cleaning, giving high filtration capacity and efficiency across fine powders and coarser debris alike. It recovers dry powders, solids and shavings as well as wet powders and solids.
The TB UP is offered in more than one configuration, with a 3 kW or 4 kW side channel blower to match the throughput you need. It is CE marked for ordinary industrial environments and is not ATEX zone-certified, so it is intended for non-classified areas rather than explosive atmospheres.
The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve to ensure continuous, maintenance-free work. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.
Filtration is provided by a polyester star filter in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with a dirty filter.
An ergonomic manual filter shaker allows the filter to be cleaned easily and quickly, removing dust and debris from the surface of the filter.
The material is collected inside a coated bin complete with a handle that allows it to be released. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the container can be moved with ease and the collected material can then be disposed of.
